裝配式水箱模板之“亮”點
每件標準的板塊采用特殊的工裝模具、精密的模壓拉伸，尤以二次折邊的氣壓連動，確保模塊的雙90度折邊及四邊衝孔一次成型，精度誤差小，模板強度高，杜絕了裝配式水箱由螺栓連接因水壓過大而造成的螺孔撕裂之隱患……
裝配流程 | Assemble process
 | 1 根據設定的水箱尺寸，先將水箱的底麵積（長×寬）的鍍鋅型 鋼基礎裝配連接成型； According to the specification of the water tank, assemble and join the Galvanized steel baseboard of the water tank to form the basic model; |
 | 2 在型鋼基礎之上裝配連接水箱底部模板，每塊模板之間鑲嵌密 封膠條及鍍鋅角鋼加強框架； On the base the Model Steel board, assemble the bottom template connected to the water tank, at the joints insert sealing tape and strengthen the framework with galvanized angle steel; |
 | 3 在水箱底板之上，裝配連接側下一段模板，所有板縫間鑲嵌密 封膠條，拐角處、丁字處連接采用專用密封件; On the bottom templates, joint the lower part with the side template, and adopt special seal tape at every sew, turn cape and T connection; |
 | 4 依據所設水箱的高度，側板依次裝配成型，中間板塊交匯處采 用十字型專用密封件； Considerate the height of the WaterTank, followed by side molding assembly, and the middle template junction seal up with a cross-shaped plate special seals; |
 | 5 箱體封頂前，水箱內部按側板的段次實施加強筋的裝配連接， 螺栓緊固處鑲嵌專用密封件； Before finish the tank body, implement the inner side templates with strengthening tendon connection, and the stud bolt with specific mosaic seals; |
 | 6 箱體五麵成型後，進行箱頂的裝配連接，拐角處、丁字處采用 專用密封件； ||Box body after five sides assembly, fix the top box, and the specialized seal implementation in each conjunction, turn cape and T connection; |
 | 7 完善箱體設定的各項附件的配置與裝配，諸如：檢修人孔、 內外 扶梯、各進出水管短節與法蘭、液位計、通氣孔等。 Verify the tank against the set accessories and assenbly parts, such as: Manhole, internal and external elevator, inlet and outlet water pipe flange with a short section, level gauge, vents and so on. |
★ 所有裝配連接處均采用 10mm鍍鎳螺栓及食用矽膠墊。諸如：拐角型、丁字型、十字型、直條型。
